One Person’s Lightbulb is Another One’s Snowman

Once you switch over to CFL’s or LED bulbs, what can you do with the old lightbulbs?  Make snowman ornaments!

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has instructions for a great holiday craft project.  Check it out here.  It’s a great way to keep lightbulbs out of the trash and create a family heirloom.
