  1. Every time I go running at the gym, I wonder when someone’s going to figure out that all these people are outputting energy while all those machines are inputting energy, and design a way to make the whole damn thing neutral.

    Also, I love your blue clothes!

  2. I spent last summer on the treadmill because it was too hot to run outside. It kills me that I was using electricity just to run. What was I thinking?

  4. N- I wish someone would make a treadmill that powered things — like the Flintstones

    M- heat will do that to you. I try to run early enough in the AM, or just as it’s getting dark, so it’s not too bad. But we probably aren’t dealing with the same level of heat.
