  2. No question the creation of some enormous ocean sanctuaries is a good thing. The Bush administration has done a couple of good things here and there, sure, but I feel like it was the easy way to go, letting his green flag fly way out in the middle of the Pacific where his buddies aren’t looking for oil or coal and where you can’t grow corn or cows.
