I bought clothes that aren’t brown

Sub_Urban Riot is having a 50% off sale.  Seriously, 50% off. And a lot of their stuff is on sale right now to begin with.

I like Sub_Urban Riot because they’re big on sustainable materials and practices, and they give back 1% of all profits to environmental causes.

I bought this organic cotton jumper, which is originally $68, for $19.50 with the sale price and 50% discount, and this organic cotton hoodie for $30. And unlike all my other clothes, neither of them are brown.

If you pass on buying organic cotton clothes because you feel like they are well out of your price range, this sale might help you replace the worn out items in your wardrobe with more sustainable clothes.

  2. They’re a member of 1% For the Planet! Awesome.

When I found out that New Belgium Brewery is also, it made my day. Now Fat Tire is my go-to beer. Which has nothing to do with clothes.

  3. Absolutely nothing is wrong with brown clothes! I posted a pic of my clothes line over the summer and got teased b/c all my clothes are brown.

Well, you can drink Fat Tire beer and wear that jumper, Mickey. It’s on sale, and I think it would look good on you. Actually, they have clothes for men too.

  8. Curious what size jumper you bought. I bought the medium and it was too big on top, so I traded in for the small. However, it is *way* too short to wear by itself!
