Weleda Skin Food

When I got some green goodies for Grandma at Target a few weeks ago, I couldn’t resist getting myself a sample size of Weleda Skin Food.

I love it! It’s thick and creamy. It’s a little sticky right after applying it, but it absorbs quickly. It makes even the driest skin soft and supple. I like using it on my cuticles and garden ravaged hands before I go to bed, because I wake up with hands that are as soft as a baby’s rear end. And the awesome citrus-y scent is a mood booster.

The tube is metal, and the only plastic is the cap and the place where the cap screws on.

A full-sized tube is going on my wish list. Maybe next time I really really really need a pick me up, I’ll treat myself to some Skin Food.

  1. Nice. I have the World’s Driest Hands — and I love Target! — so I’m definitely going to try this. I have a thing about keeping my hands nice. Which I realizes sounds fussy and effeminate, but whatever.

  4. I am such an online shopping JUNKY! I went and got some of this stuff asap as my poor heels have been looking kinda shredded of late…a bottle of this along with a really cute sun dress…drat. I see what addiction I could try to give up in June for this other blog (chile chews) challenge.

    Le Sigh.

  5. [...] can be found at natural food stores and fancy little boutiques, but also at Target.  A big tube of Skin Food, or a collection of little travel sized lotions and body washes would make an excellent gift.  [...]
