  1. Good stuff. I need to get one of those seafood selectors. I can never remember which fish are good and which are bad.

  2. Ooh, me too. I’m always at the seafood market, wondering what I can buy safely vs. what I WANT to buy.

  3. well i bring my own bags and walk to the grocery store (snaps for me) and i get most of our produce from the local farmer’s market (more snaps for me) — however i eat a lot of fish, and i never check where it’s from (boo!). i’ll work on that one :)

  4. My city is getting this program where a high recently became the first municipality in Canada to establish partnership with Local Foods Plus to ensure higher local food supply. Makes eco shopping so much easier!

(Oh, and I’m so proud of our city — they’ve actually outlawed chemical lawn pesticides as well… )
