Seems like a great notion but at the heart of his plan is a massive amount of start up capital to keep the people alive for the time it takes to rebuild their lands. He left out the part where he explains the source of that money. Not disagreeing that it’s not a good idea, just curious how the funding works to get a sense of the scale that is possible.
